During the season (1st July – 31st August) reservations are available for at least seven nights with a turn-shift on Wednesdays (in order to avoid traffic jams and waiting time of several hours - in high heat - at border crossing points and motorways at pay-gates due to the Saturday turn-shifts). Off-season (until 30th June): minimum stay of four nights.

The deposit is 40% of the price of the total nights you want to book. The deposit has to be paid within 7 days from the date of booking to the following bank account (IBAN bank account):

The remaining 60% of the total price should be paid to the above-mentioned bank account 30 days prior to the booked dates and travelling.

Cancellation policy:

Terms of cancellation:

Booking is valid if the deposit (40% of the total fee) arrives to the above-mentioned bank account within 7 days after booking.
Deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, but it can be used and modified (according to the available nights) in the same year or it can be postponed once to the next year (at the same price or for more expensive period) upon written agreement with the owner of the apartment. The remaining 60% of the total amount must be transferred bank account specified in the payment terms and conditions 30 days prior to the start of the trip.
If the remaining 60% is not paid, the deposit is not refunded.
If the Passenger does not arrive to the apartment by midnight (no show) on the day of the start of the booking, and has not previously informed the Agency or the
accommodation provider, the reservation will be handled as cancelled, in which case the full booking fee will be deducted (100%).
